Working With Me

Planning a wedding can be stressful enough, so I've done everything I can to make working with me as easy and enjoyable as possible. What does that look like?

• Free Consultation Phone Call: We can always start with a brief phone or video call so you can ask questions and decide if I'd be a good fit for your big day! 

• Booking Services: Once you book my services I send you a Welcome Information Package with everything you need - contract, invoices, and all the important info you need in one place.

• I Handle the Organizing: I remember important dates and to-do's related to your ceremony so you don't have to! I will send you reminder via email so that preparing for your ceremony feels effortless. 

• ​Ceremony Creation: For couples having a Customized Ceremony, we arrange a video call where I guide you through every step of making the perfect wedding ceremony. We chat, go through your vision, and talk about your personalities and aspects of your relationship you want to highlight. After one hour, I will have everything I need to write your script and tailor it beautifully to the two of you. If there are any points for follow-up, I send them to you afterwards so you don't have to take any notes. 

• The Week Before the Wedding: In lieu of a rehearsal, all services come with a virtual walk-through of your ceremony. We go through and make sure everything still feels good, and answer all of your questions. You'll head into your big day feeling prepared and comfortable that everything is ready to go! (Formal rehearsals can be added upon request). 

• After the Wedding: I will give you a temporary wedding certificate after your ceremony. You can order your official certificate online several weeks later. But don't worry about remembering! I will reach out 12 weeks after your wedding to let you know it should be ready for you to order.
